-We are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail once Handed over to USPS. Any claims should be filed with them.

We DO NOT allow the cancellation of any orders so please make sure you are purchasing only the products you wish to purchase, along with the correct sizes and colors. If you reach out via customer service with this issue you will be receiving a message with our cancellation policy.

Items are final sale! BYMAR SHOP does not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds. Please read all  items description information before making a purchase.
(WE INSPECT EVERY SINGLE ITEM BEFORE ITS PACKAGED)

In case of receiving a wrong, damaged and/or defected item please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE via email or DM @bymar.shopp within the first 24hrs of receiving your order & include your order number.We will then analyze the problem and try to solve it. 

Wrong, damaged and/or defected items WILL still have to be in its original packaging and condition that was received (unworn and with all tags)

Keep in mind that IF you are a eligible for a return, you receive the same item that was purchased for

unless it is SOLD OUT you will then receive a refund or exchange for something else.  

What to do if my package is lost/misplaced/stolen or tracking hasn’t updated ? 

If your tracking number has not updated in 5-7 business days after you placed an order, please contact your local USPS office directly at 1-800-275-8777 or file a claim with the following link www.usps.com⁄help⁄claims.htm


  • We do not reimbursed any LOST/STOLEN packages, Claims must be filed with the mailing carriers (USPS and UPS) 


  • We also do not take responsibility for any packages that were not delivered due to “insufficient address” or “incorrect address”. Please double check your address before placing your order. If your package does get returned for an incorrect address please contact our customer service to receive instructions on how to get your package redelivered. 

 

  • Stolen: Mailing Company says my order has been delivered but wasn’t.

 

  • Lost/Misplaced: Mailing Company has not updated my tracking information or is stuck on the same delivery date.

What to do if my order has not been shipped? 


  • If your package has not been shipped after our processing window (3-5 business days NOT including weekends) Please reach out to us

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
